Marketing Operations Assistant

Microsoft - one of the largest corporations in the world and a leader in the development of PC software, is looking for Marketing Operations Assistant 

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Partner ready collaterals
• Aligning with program managers and entering all target customer related data in 
• Proper GPS newsletters across all priorities and segments
• Support with to-partner communication of business relevant news (New Commerce experience, Commercial marketplace, Incentives…)
• Collection and presentation of Partner best practices
• Social Media content creation to spot our partnerships in Multi Country  
• Support with internal (GPS all hands, MC all hands) and to-partner events
• Diligent entry of all partner events into OneCalendar for Seller availability
• Updating the  Power apps with the latest information.
   

Qualification:

• Proven communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to manage and orchestrate different tasks
• Capability to navigate in complex business environment
• Proactiveness
• Fluent English language skills
