UI/UX Designer - UniLead

We are an investment fund - NetSolid Invest founded in Ukraine, our main focus is SMART—investment in digital startups and partnerships with talented professionals to create unique products in the international market. Now we are looking for UI/UX Designer for our project - UniLead!

We are looking for an outstanding interactive and user-experience designer drive the design of user interactions, experiences, and interfaces for our B2B products. You will be a part of the company and surrounded by experts who are ready to move forward professionally. You will be comfortable working within a creative environment on a wide variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

• As UI/UX designer, you will establish the design domain, oversee company products and manage full design circle from research, mapping the needs to complete design process;
• Lead the design by creating a vision, methodological work, research practices, and standing up for design quality;
• Understand the unique needs of multiple stakeholders with different workflows and requirements, and transform them into customizable design components that delight end-users;
• Work with product management and end-users to define and analyze the requirements;
• Carry out user research to obtain user insights to better inform business and design decisions;

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years experience UX/UI design;
• Product design experience—web portals, CRM, both in mobile and web applications
• In-depth understanding of modern UX and UI patterns;
• Using design thinking and user-centric approach; 
• Experience of full-cycle product design creation: from an idea and its validation to final design and results analysis;
• Understanding of analytics and ability to achieve business goals by means of design;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team;
• Expert in using relevant design/UX/UI/wire framing tools like InVision, Figma, etc.;
• Have a portfolio of projects (web/mobile) in Behance or Dribbble that demonstrate your work;

Nice to have:

• Are skilled in using graphics design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent;
• Probably have a design degree or related qualification.
• Having a good functional understanding of web technology (HTML, CSS, DOM, etc).
