Current temporally location Batumi, Georgia, (offices in Kiev - main, Dubai, office in Cyprus at the opening stage)

POTISION TITLE: personal assistant to company founder

Successful candidate profile:

1. High education: preferably linguistic or management,  
2. English upper-intermediate, second language (Arabic or Hebrew) is a significant plus
3. Perfect appearance, well educated, good manners. 
4. From 2 year experience as a personal assistant to top manager
5. Stressful, ability and experience to act in multitasking and autonomous mode, with a large amount of information, not afraid to deal with unfamiliar tasks.
6. Positive thinking
7. High organizational skills
8. Ready to often business trip
9. Excel and Power Point good user
    
   Job description:

• Maintain and coordinate full detailed schedule of company Founder: meetings, conference calls, travelling, etc
• On behalf of the Founder transfer his tasks to employees via CRM (Jira), timeframes performance supervision
• Participate in negotiations with partner and customers, writing notes and meeting resume
• Participate in staff meetings, writing notes, meeting resume, employees tasks, timeframes for performance, timeframes performance supervision
• Booking tickets, hotels, transfers etc
