Our client - IT company that is a leader in the development of semiconductor chips is looking for a Inside Sales Representativ team.
The position of Inside Sales Representative within the Sales Operations team would be dealing with customer management, databases administration, and increasing of sales. The position requires strong time-management skills, persistence, and business ethics for broad cross-department and international communication.
Main responsibilities:
- Database usage and administration;
- Customer communication and management;
- Post-order support;
- Data mining;
- Quotes review and processing;
- Samples requests handling.
Requirements:
- English (upper-intermediate+);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- MS Outlook, Excel, Power Point;
- CRM and/or ERP system(s);
- 5+ year(s) experience in sales or customer support;
- MA/BA degree in economics.
