Retention manager(Polish, German, Spanish, Russian, Italian, Portugal languages)

Requirements:

• fluent Polish or German, or Spanish, or Russian, or Portugal, or Italian language
• ?experience 3 month+ for retention

Working conditions:

• 10-12 NEW per month
• 1000$ + 10-15%
• 10:00-19:00 5/2
• Close to downtown Financial department for retention

Responsibilities:

• maintenance of regular customers in cooperation with the company 
• reporting
• KPI execution
