Requirements: 

• fluent Polish language 
• experience 3 month experience for retention position

Working conditions: 

for retention manager:

• 10-12 NEW per month 
• 1000$ + 10-15% 
• 09:00-18:00 5/2 
• 4 brakes +45min for lunch
• Close to downtown 
• Financial department for retention

Responsibilities: 

• maintenance of regular customers in cooperation with the company 
• reporting  
• KPI execution
