Multinational pharmaceutical company looking for a Quality Specialist
Qualifications:
- University Degree: medical or quality assurance, chemical, pharma preferable;
- Experience and knowledge in Quality management system (full-trading company- preferable);
- Experience in CIS countries preferable;
- Good knowledge of international guidelines on quality standards and regulations Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- High results orientation and time management;
- Good planning & organizational skills;
- Advanced computer skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
Responsibilities:
- Register, inform, track follow-ups of the complaints related to supply, quality, product security;
- Train the involved parties on complaints and their reporting deadlines;
- Assist on samples supply to lab control;
- Administer actual recalls and conduct mock-recalls;Assist on samples supply to lab control;
- Coordinate any quality issues investigations;
- Perform quarterly and annual trending of complaints;
- Monitor and coordinate the process of complaints samples supply.
