Senior Security Engineer

DataArt’s compliance department is looking for Security Engineers to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Implement new security controls and work on improvements for existing ones
• Provide security of internal infrastructure, cloud environments, and externally hosted assets
• Propose cost-effective solutions to existing security problems
• Manage, configure, and tune implemented security systems and services
• Implement new, manage and improve existing security processes inside the organization
• Develop new security policies, standards, guidelines, instructions and improve the existing ones
• Help with compliance activities (audits, RFIs, client’s requests)
• Take part in risk management activities, red team operations, and BCP/DRP tests
• Help create and maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge base used by the InfoSec team
• Lead and coordinate InfoSec initiatives
• Other InfoSec activities

Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to communicate in business and technical language
• Strong knowledge of networks, operating systems, clouds functioning, and security
• Experience with ATP, EDR, XDR, CASB, UEBA, UTM, SIEM, and Vulnerability Management systems
• Experience in leadership and coordination
• Experience with team-based work tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Willingness to take initiative
• Excellent communication skills, fast learner
• A Bachelor’s degree
• Good spoken English

Additional Competencies

• Experience working in international environments
• Experience with SIEM data sources integrations
• Experience working with Microsoft and Fortinet security products
• Experience with Python, Bash / PowerShell
• Relevant certifications in a cyber-security domain are welcome
