Responsibilities
- Support users according with operational procedures (Admins Helpdesk)
- Timely research, resolves, responds and troubleshooting to user issues/problems/questions
- Onboarding new comers (laptops, accounts, VPNs)
- Installing and Configuring Peripherals
- Maintenance of technical documentation
- Learning Security and Compliance best practices, antivirus checks
Must have
- Professional graduate in IT area
- Experience in maintaining PC (desktop, laptop), diagnostics and replacement of hardware components
- Basic knowledge of Windows or other OS (macOS, Linux)
- Understanding the principles of network technologies (DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, FTP, proxy, TCP / IP)
- Troubleshooting skills of Windows 10
- English: pre-intermediate, speaking, reading and writing skills
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
- Good communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with internal customers
- Initiative, teamwork, ability and desire to work in multitasking mode
