Background Verification specialist

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team of BackgroundVerification Specialists! Our BV Specialists collect documents for the purpose of verifying information reported by a job applicant and/or an employee at the start of their jobs.

Responibilities:

• Maintain effective record keeping for all calls handled. Ensure all verifications sent out are followed up on in a timely manner.
• Manage requests from clients and Company’s managers on additional verifications for team members of projects with high level of security.
• Quality assurance and data review of information obtained for verifications.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently to all parties involved in obtaining verification information.

Required Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience in a similar job and the following skills:
  • Understanding of general computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and web applications,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Detail and goal oriented,
  • Works well independently,
  • Ability to multi-task and manage daily assignments,
  • Team motivated and able to work well with others,
  • Experience with researching business information on the web,
  • Upper Intermediate+ level of English,
  • Fluent Ukrainian and/or Russian language.

Additional Competencies:

• Experience with working with sensitive data,
• Prior customer service or call center experience.
