Automation QA Engineer

We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer to be part of the team to develop a new SaaS platform for our client. This is a unique opportunity to join the team that creates complex web applications from the ground for an association whose mission is to bring value to information systems.

Experience Required:

— Experience in QA Automation 3+ years;
— Knowledge and experience with JavaScript;
— Experience with frontend web-based test automation, or equivalent (e.g. Selenium Webdriver, Cypress.io);
— Experience testing JS, CSS, HTML sites;
— Experience testing web services via REST APIs;
— Database technologies such as Microsoft. SQL Server or other similar TSQL based technologies;
— Demonstrated experience with best SDLC practices: coding standards, reviews, code management, build processes, and testing;
— History of successfully testing software following an Agile methodology;
— Working knowledge of Git for source control purposes;
— Understanding of CI/CD.

You will work with:

— Develop and Enhance test automation frameworks and tooling;
— Solve highly technical and complex problems;
— Contribute procedures, tools, and practices to optimize team productivity;
— Analyze problems from internal and external customers, document defects and provide regression coverage;
— Participate in code and automation framework design reviews;
— Must be available to provide manual testing support as team needs require.
