We are looking for a Key AccountManager, who will enhance the team and company`s strategy with his/her energy, professionalism, and natural care for people.

Main role of the Key Account Manager is to provide our clients with best solutions to their challenges, develop relationships and manage our projects flawlessly, ensuring additional sales and high client satisfaction.

We expect you have:

  • Experience in B2B sales min 3 years — obligatory
  • Experience in customer support and project management min 2 years — obligatory
  • Experience in HR, T&D, consulting, other services — is highly desired.

We expect you have following skills

  • English — upper Intermediate and you can pass interview in English
  • Brilliant writing and speaking skills in Ukrainian, Russian, English — for emails, messengers, social networks, telephone conversations
  • Brilliant presentation and selling skills
  • Project Management skills
  • You are result oriented and flexible
  • You are open to challenges
  • You are proactive and responsible

DEVELOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERTASKS:

  • Lead management — responding to client requests, participating in tenders, client meetings, negotiations, presentations of solutions, creating commercial proposals.
  • Project management — supporting the client in our cooperation from A to Y, workload distribution, managing the project team, ensuring flowless process both for the client and colleagues.
  • Strategic key account management — proactively building relationships with strategic accounts, developing them and cross-selling.
