
FAVBET Tech recruitment team invites experienced IT recruiter willing to expand professional experience with closing rare technical vacancies and dealing with niche professionals directly.
Your key objectives:
- Developing sourcing and recruitment strategy for Junior / Mid-level vacancies in IT. In case any help with embedded vacancies required you will be expected to help on that as well.
- Bearing responsibility for recruitment process for open vacancies under your responsibility, including intake, direct communication with hiring team, offering process, etc.
- Maintain database of candidates, including pipe-lining reporting on statistics.
- Participating in other projects related to recruitment according to your interest (employer branding, process automation, etc.)
You are an ideal candidate if you have:
- Successful experience in filling mid-level technical (IT) positions for 3+ years
- Developed sourcing skills (social networks, GitHub, Linkedin, Turbo-hiring, stack Overflow, etc.)
- Your English is Intermediate +
- Developed communication and negotiation skills
- Structured thinking, attention to details
- Team-player
