Main Responsibilities:

1. 1. Overall responsible and accountable for continuous improvement and efficiencies across the Lean processes at Ukraine ACB Plants (4 plants). 
2. Coaches, trains and assesses others in Lean field.
3. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve overall operational performance.
4. Define, develop and publish operational improvement process documentation to reflect best practice.
5. Lead, define and develop continuous improvement activities designed to improve performance, such as the planning and running of lean events.
6. Produce written reports and make presentations.
7. Provide technical expertise to the Plant teams.
8. Input and hold responsibility for lean manufacturing budgets. 
9. Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate Lean goals delivery and compliance with the Lean strategy. 

Job Requirements:

1. Higher degree, preferably technical.
2. Experience in Lean field. 2 years at least. 
3. Work experience at production sites of well-known international companies.
4. Work experience with Continues improvement project at production sites. 
5. Good proficiency in English language. 
6. Good presentation skill and communications skills, ability to work with cross function teams.
7. Driver license kat. B
