Assistant Manager \ Junior Project Coordinator

Global Mind Associated is a Ukrainian IT company that provides its own high-quality solution in the field of telecommunications. The product is cloud software that allows our customers to make their business more efficient and profitable through automation.
Now we are looking for an Assistant for the our Chief Operating Officer (COO), who will actively learn and adopt project management experience for subsequent growth into a Project Coordinator (Telecom projects).

The main tasks for the probation period (3 months) - delve into the Telecom niche, understand the Company's processes and gradually take over the tasks of the COO to coordinate the work of 5 small projects in the Telecom direction of the Company's work.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with heads of related projects.
• Collection of information at the request of the COO and reporting on projects.
• Analysis of the collected information from the COO.
• Assignment of tasks to heads of departments.
• Monitoring the implementation and compliance with deadlines for tasks.
• Maintaining tasks and reporting in the Click Up task tracking system.
• Controlling the conduct of Click Up by other employees.
• Search for increasing the profitability of projects.

To become part of our team you need:

• Have experience in the position of a manager or Team Lead (the ability to work with a team, be responsible for its results).
• Have experience with task tracking systems.
• Know English at Intermediate+ level.
• Be proactive, energetic, responsible.
• Don't be afraid to take the initiative and enjoy solving difficult problems.
• Be organized and pay attention to detail.
• Technical education or experience in technical positions would be a plus.
