Main duties and responsibilities include:
1. Procurement
1.1. Undertake procurement for REACH/IMPACT program and support in various locations across Ukraine.
1.2. Undertake contracting of external services for mission such as translation/legal/taxi/post services etc.;
1.3. Undertake procurement procedures for selecting and contracting of partners for REACH/IMPACT assessments;
1.4. Undertake procurement for various Office/Guest Houses needs in line with ACTED procurement procedures;
1.5. Responsible for compliance with the procurement procedures;
1.6. Hold and update the Order Follow up; Contract Follow up; Communication report; ATSC screening; Supplier Database, GHG Report.
2. Stock & assets
2.1. Responsible for REACH/IMPACT inventory management;
2.2. Responsible for REACH/IMPACT Asset Register.
3. Transport and delivery
3.1. Coordinate GH/Hotel bookings and transportation for REACH/IMPACT staff;
3.2. Coordinate deliveries between capital and field offices;
3.3. Accountable for the compliance with delivery procedures;
4. IT & Communication
4.1. Focal point for IT questions for REACH/IMPACT staff.
5. Filing and Reporting
5.1. Physical and electronic filing of Logistics documentation in line with ACTED procedures;
5.2. Contribute to monthly country Logistics internal/external reporting;
5.3. Assist Audit department in providing contract originals and other supported documentation;
5.4. Assist Financial department with the monthly closer documents.
6. Any other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements:
Attention to details;
Fluency in English;
High computer literacy (MS Office, Internet);
Past experience in logistics role.
