We are currently developing a new project — an Educational Course Platform. We are looking for a Researcher / Junior Recruiter who will organize the process of searching for lecturers in the USA, Europe, and worldwide for this educational project with courses on Health & Fitness topics.

Challenges you’ll meet:

• Searching for lecturers through various channels - LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc. - 60%
• Building a sourcing strategy for each position, depending on the most effective search channels - 10%
• Conducting written and oral communication with potential experts for the courses from the USA and Europe, building strong relationships with them, persuading experts to take part in our project, and transferring experts interested in cooperation to the course producer - 25% (20% - written, 5 %- oral)
• Coordinating a team of assistants who will help in finding contacts for potential candidates - 5%

Your professional qualities:

• 1+ year of experience in a sourcer/researcher position
• Knowledge of the various channels used to attract candidates
• At least upper-intermediate English - both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience in searching for candidates in the US market
• Experience in conducting initial interviews with candidates in English
