Your mission
- Create conceptual and logical data models through analysis of source data that comes into the system
- Analyze customers’ requests in data, work on data catalogs and data quality solutions
- Suggest approaches on how to best persist and retrieve the information
- Provide the Solution Architects with necessary information from a data perspective to align it with the application development solutions
- Operate with AWS services (incl. AWS Aurora), review the current cloud-based solutions, and make recommendations if any other services are needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Data engineer
- Excellent experience with Postgre SQL (incl. performance tuning)
- Solid knowledge and experience in working with AWS Aurora (incl performance tuning)
- Hands-on experience in other components of AWS Data Platform will be a plus
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering related fields is a plus
- Good communication skills and a proactive /” can do” attitude
