Customer support specialist

American transportation company «Vista Trans Holding Inc.» is looking for a Drivers support manager to join our team.

Job Type: full time

Schedule: Monday — Friday 3p.m. — 1a.m.

Work Location: Ukraine, Lviv

The role of a Driver`s support assistant is to help drivers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle drivers inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Required skills and experience:

• An advanced level of English is required (B2 and higher)
• Minimum 1-year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
• Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
