Associate Producer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily management of development efforts to ensure cross-department coordination and communication, task follow-up, schedule conflicts, and risk identification/recommendation.

• Work with department Leads to create and maintain task backlog.

• Scheduling, attending, and running meetings. Taking and distributing notes, and following up on resulting action items.

• Chasing Developers to update task/time tracking daily, and ensure Jira details are always up to date.

• Gather statistical data into reports and maintain automatic statistical tools for team performance.

• Coordinating efforts with Production staff at multiple locations.

• Other duties as assigned by Production leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years game industry experience with complex, multi-year game development projects.

• Some knowledge of project management methods and procedures, desire to learn more.

• Ability to adapt to different project management methods depending on the application.

• Expert with Jira/Confluence, MS Office, and other similar tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent leadership, organization, and problem solving skills.

• Self-motivated, driven individual – able to identify problems and execute on solutions.

• Fluent in English required, Russian and Ukrainian are a bonus.

PREFERENCES

• Previous experience in any role on a AAA development team –  1st hand experience with AAA development in any way.

• Basic programming knowledge to create/self-maintain reporting tools.

• Passion for gaming.

• Background schooling in any games discipline a bonus.
