A Public Relations Specialist in Glovo Ukraine is tasked with identifying communication opportunities, taking on full responsibility for planning, and executing public relations and social media strategies for Ukraine in order to maintain and enhance the perception of our company among various internal and external audiences.
Requirements
You have a minimum Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field. You have exceptional interpersonal skills, are grammatically savvy in Ukrainian and English, have an experience in social media management, are strong at time management, and have an eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Manage media requests/crisis requests in a timely and professional manner and ensure all communication is aligned with PR company strategy
Serve as a first contact person between the PR agency for all media queries
Organize, schedule, and prepare key leaders for press interviews
Review and draft press releases, media pitches, media summaries, etc
Timely provide relevant and up to date public information about the company to the PR agency
Create presentations for media briefings and other meetings
Track and analyze media coverage to create trends in the future campaigns
Prepare monthly reports on PR and SM activities and measure PR content effectiveness
Manage Social Media channels and review Social Media plans
Communicate weekly/ monthly PR insights to the leadership team
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and and communicate goals and achievements internally and externally
Support of the other Growth initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field
Ukrainian - native/fluent; English - B2 minimum
2-3 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications/internal communication
Grammatically savvy in Ukrainian and English
Applicable knowledge in copywriting and editing
Strong communication skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Attention to details
Proficient in Microsoft Office
