As a Junior Account Manager, you will be a key role in the Glovo Partner Commercial team. You will be be working on managing both user and partner experience after activation of partner locations in our marketplace to ensure growth goals, build and maintain good relationships between our partners and our company. You will be liaising with the most highly regarded restaurants in a vast number of cities in UA.
You will:
Take care of newly activated partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary support using tools and information they got after onboarding trainings to start working
Optimize visibility of partner brand inside Glovo App through marketing actions and our marketing kits
Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customer
Travel to partners location to coach partner staff
Get feedback from our restaurants and translate it into product improvement
Maintain good relationship between Glovo and our partners
Track partner KPIs on regular basis
Requirements:
1 year + experience in Customer Service/ Account management
Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
Organized and detail-oriented
Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
Great interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
