Software Testing Specialist with degree in business or law (Fluent English)

We are looking for a Software Testing Specialist to perform manual software testing for our online platform and assist in customer support. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, problem solver, and an effective communicator. We are looking for a person who can quickly learn the comprehensive business domain logic, detect logical bugs, strive to resolve them and make our online platfrom better every day.

This is a long-term and full-time assignment with excellent professional growth potential for the right candidate. 

Responsibilities:

• Test software functionality and work with our software development team to fix any problems discovered

• Provide email and phone support to clients that use our software

• Create a positive experience for our partners with a professional approach to answering their inquiries

• Obtain feedback from users, research, evaluate, and recommend new ideas for enhancing our software solutions

Required Skills:
