YOU ARE

• Owning a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent related experience
• Having 6+ years of related work experience
• Professional in UX design, external-facing portals, web services, mobile solutions
• Possessing working experience in Business process modeling current/future state processes; business rules modeling
• The one who can define and manage the scope and client expectations, requirements change management and traceability
• Showing strong presentation skills

Extra power

• Confidence in ERP systems
• Statistical analysis: data analysis and working knowledge of SQL/Power BI/Tableau
• Ambiguity analysis, ensuring consistent understanding across users, designers, and testers

• Maturing the Asset Management processes using industry best practices to support organizational needs
• Analyzing assets data into asset management tools
• Monitoring asset performance and recommending corrective measures
• Creating, organizing, and managing portfolios
• Developing and curating asset management related processes and procedures, standards, policies, compliance controls, and reporting
• Ensuring proper planning of the company needs of hardware equipment
• Tracking assets throughout their life cycle
• Reconciliating of life-cycle data relating to program assets and the asset tracking system timely and accurately
• Identifying and reporting on potential issues with the asset tracking tool, supporting systems and inputs
• Maintaining process documentation
• Collaborating with human resources, service desk department managers to develop strong processes
• Asset owners to help maintain and validate their data
• Assisting in identifying issues, obstacles and alternatives for resolution
• Providing advice on continual process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Determining the needs and requirements, providing strategic advice, and managing their assets accordingly
• Preparing risk analyses and financial, investment, and asset management reports
• Preparing reports for upper management regarding status of Assets
• Creating impact analysis reports and delivering reports to key stakeholders
• Developing strategies to increase ROI and minimize risk factors and losses
• Reviewing policies and making recommendations for potential adjustments
• Asset management team, company analysts, and senior executives
• Liaising and negotiating with fund directors, property managers, attorneys, auditors, etc.
• Managing and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
• Researching regularly market trends and changes that may impact managed assets

TOGETHER WE WILL

• Collaborate with all IT departments and be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT Assets, from requisition to retirement
• Play a key role in using best practices for developing the processes and supporting systems and tools
• Focus on developing and maintaining processes, policies, standards, systems and measurements that help the enterprise to effectively manage both on a daily basis and long-term its IT asset portfolio with regards to cost
• Control the risks, compliance, business performance objectives, and IT Governance as established by the company
