Financial controller

Our client, a large diversified holding, is seeking candidates for the position of Financial controller.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and control of the Group's management reporting, consolidation of reporting
• Analysis and control of the Group's IFRS reporting
• Analysis and consolidation of Group budgets
• Development, and updating of the methodology for management reporting and budgeting of Businesses and the Group
• Implementation of the process of financial controlling, monitoring the implementation of financial and operational indicators by businesses
• Analysis of business cases, large contracts, financial models, and provision of recommendations
• Development of financial models
• Preparation of presentations on reports for submission to the Group's management bodies
• Participation in the investment process of the Group
• Taking part in projects to automate reports and business processes (Power BI).

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in the field of IFRS or management accounting and reporting, working with big data arrays
• Higher education in the following fields: Accounting and Audit, Economics, Economic cybernetics or related
• ACCA, CIMA, DipIFR certificate is a plus
• Experience with financial planning and budgeting, controlling, investment analysis, business risk analysis
• Experience of collaboration in large cross-functional teams   
• Experience in setting tasks for IT developers to get the desired product 
• Russian Ukrainian, English - not lower than Intermediate
• Focus on results, attentiveness, proactivity, critical thinking, consistency, and ability to influence and convince.
• Advanced user of Excel, Power Point, 1C (experience with Power BI is a plus).
