Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Avidi Technologies team. Let’s dive deep into digital reality together!

What you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring full-cycle project management from business idea to the successful delivery
• Decomposition of the task, analysis of requirements, and achieving targets according to sprint goals
• Project estimation planning and setting deadlines
• Issue resolution, change request management, risk management, and release management
• Monitoring project progress, team performance on a regular basis and searching for the best decisions which lead to successful solutions
• Creating and monitoring project documentation, plans, and regular reports to the main stakeholders
• Communication and reporting to the customers
• Participating in strategic planning of the project roadmap with the customers

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in IT project management
• Experience in agile development methodologies, frameworks Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Waterfall (PMBoK, Prince, etc.)
• Strong communication, time management, people management, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of project business strategies
• Work in a small, highly-skilled, and efficient team
• Project management experience of mobile and web development
• At least intermediate written and spoken English skills
• Technical experience is highly desirable
• Knowledge of the Spanish language will be a plus
