Project Manager - UniLead

Hi!  We are an investment fund - NetSolid Invest founded in Ukraine, our main focus is SMART—investment in digital startups and partnerships with talented professionals to create unique products in the international market. Now we are looking for Project Manager for our project - UniLead!

We are looking for a strong Project Manager. This role would join the fast-growing team. You will be responsible for planning, R&D process as well as project delivery. You will be a part of the company and surrounded by experts who are ready to move forward professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor activities related to requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of the software;
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple assigned projects;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports including weekly reports, quarterly progress reports, and weekly updates;
• Leverage tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures;
• Exercise change management best practices to help organizations manage change;
• Work with the internal team and with our partners to ensure that cross-project dependencies are managed;

Requirements:

• Fundamental understanding of software architecture;
• Hands-on software development experience;
• Understanding and experience with SQL, PHP (laravel), SEO
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Capable negotiator, able to collate ideas and reach compromises that will ensure the greatest possible buy-in from stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Experience with multi-tier architecture, OOP and design patterns
• Understanding and experience Agile development methodology
• Experience working in the iGaming industry
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
