Customer support representatives (German desk)

Pexly is an international company located in Ukraine. We empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in customer support, sales and marketing support, and a lot more.

We are looking for 4 Customer support representatives for German desk.
Remote, Monday- Friday; 8am - 4pm CET (we can discuss about 1-2 hours later)

What we offer:

Your responsibilities:
- Respond to clients' requests in Gorgias;
- Translate FAQ or other website data (Questions are mostly about phone cases which the company sells, and are in relation to order status, product questions, returns and refunds, replacements, complaints etc.)

You are a perfect candidate if:
- your German is fluent, English - B2/C1;
- you had experience in Customer support;
