We are currently looking for a Junior Lawyer in Kiev office.

DISCOVER THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and control the execution of the documentation in corporate, civil, labour and tax law spheres, including registration forms, PoA-s, Minutes, Charters, orders, regulations, agreements, acts, etc. for both TMF vendors and clients both with residents and non-residents
• Prepare the Annual Financial statements approval documentation
• Structuring the folders according to TMF folders
• Communicate with Client’s representatives on basic matters related to legal projects
• Communicate with State Tax Inspection and State Migration Service
• Arranging for and actual holding of meetings with the third parties to support the legal projects
• Business correspondence on behalf of TMF with TMF Group, vendors and clients
• Provide assistance to more senior colleagues/Layers
• Perform other related duties upon management request

ABOUT YOU

Ideally, you meet the following job criteria:

• Law university degree (at least 4 years of studies in Ukrainian law)
• At least 1 year of practical experience
• Be aware of basics of Ukrainian legislation
• Be computer proficient and have solid experience in MS office
• Intermediate level of English (at least)
• Be able to do a great deal of technical work by maintaining exceptional attention to details
• Maintain confidentiality
• Be accurate about meeting clients’ deadlines
• Be capable of multi-tasking and prioritization
• Strong inter-personal skills
