Data Scientist / Consultant

Zoral Labs, a leading provider of research and development to the software industry, is searching for Data Scientist to join its development center in Kiev.

Required skills:                      

• Experience in any of the following areas for at least 2 years: fintech, banking, consulting, IT, web analytics, marketing;
• Hands-on experience in building, implementing and validation of predictive models;
• Strong skills in machine learning\data science;
• Expert use of SQL: experience in data extraction, processing, and exploration using SQL;
• Experience in working with structured and unstructured datasets and database management;
• Expert use of environments for statistical computation and data analysis (R or Python);
• Bachelor or Masters degree in mathematics, physics, engineering or computer science;
• Mid-level English: reading and understanding documentation and written communication.

Desired:

• Experience in credit risk management, financial risk management, financial analysis, fraud detection, consumer analytics, lending and financial products;
• Experience with Big Data platforms (GCP, AWS);
• Experience with at least one reporting and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI;
• Kaggle participation;
• Experience with deep learning;
• Excellent communication skills.
