Job Summary

The purpose of this position within the health team is to support administrative tasks at site offices. 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Provide support for the implementation of the health program activities by assisting health team in carrying out administrative work at IMC offices
  • Raise purchase request and any other documents asked by the health coordinators and officers and follow-up on the completion of those requests with finance, logistics and procurement department for timely delivery
  • Prepare correspondence, schedule meetings and maintain proper filing and documentation of health team records
  • Assist the health staff in coordination, preparation and implementation of activities at field level
  • Handle the printing and scanning tasks of all needed materials and tools
  • Assist the team in preparation and coordination of trainings 
  • Coordinate and communicate with Logistics, finance, compliance, HR departments and ensure the provision of all the relevant requested documentations
  • Translation of documents whenever needed
  • Prepare documentation for the payment of monthly incentives to the HF staff.
  • Collect the movement plans of health Department including and coordinate with fleet to organize movement plans.
  • Prepare official letters to specific authorities as required by the department and archives the copies and feedbacks of all letters.
  • Any other duties assigned by direct supervisor 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in any related field is required
  • Experience working for an NGO/INGO will be preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Good English skills, written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and communicate appropriately to with all departments.
