Porsche Ukraine is offering the unique possibility to join the team on one of key positions as Lawyer (Product compliance and Regulatory matters).
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring changes in Ukrainian legislation related to the Company’s products;
- Preparing the reports on changes in the Ukrainian legislation impacting the Company’s products;
- Drafting, negotiating, amending the agreements of various types in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation;
General requirements:
- Higher legal education;
- Ukrainian, English are obligatory, level upper-intermediate or higher, German is an advantage;
- Advanced PC user (MS Office);
- Good general knowledge of Ukrainian civil and business law;
- Understanding of product compliance legislative base (technical regulations, national standards etc.);
- Personal qualities we are looking for: high motivated, purposeful and hardworking person, focused on result
