Customer Care Agent

We are an international fintech company with various products in our portfolio. We create convenient financial and payment services that combine the crypto and fiat worlds.

At the moment, we are hiring employees to become a part of our customer support team.

Terms of cooperation:

• You own a laptop\desktop PC;
• Stable Internet connection;
• Cooperation under an agreement between an entrepreneur and an international company, taxes are managed in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Providing customer support in tickets\chats format by maintaining the company’s standards;
• Timely communication with the company’s technical partners and providers;
• Feedback on the operation of the system and possible problems that need to be fixed.

Requirements:

• English language with Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• Advanced computer skills;
• Basic financial literacy;
• High level of concentration and multitasking skills;
• Responsible attitude to work tasks and focus on problem-solving of each of our customer.
