IT Officer

FUNCTIONS · 

Provide daily on-site support on the usage of software and hardware to the end-users of the Main Office and Sub Offices · 

• Supporting and installation of systems, network and software components the ACTED program team · 
• Ensure daily administration and troubleshooting on operational IT problems and providing assistance in finding relevant solutions, as well as periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of hardware components if needed · 
• Undertake daily administration and support of active network equipment, switches, Wi-Fi hotspots, routers and proxy server. Troubleshooting and monitoring of all network related problems. · 
• Maintain Microsoft Windows licenses validation and installment · 
• Responsible for IT Asset Follow-Up report · 
• Manage tracking licenses keys, HQ passwords verification

• IT SKILLS. Experience in the area of information technology, administration and troubleshooting of the LAN, communication equipment, different databases and Windows based systems, computer hardware. Experience on implementation and administration of Microsoft Windows based network environment (LAN/WAN) and first level network/desktop support. Extensive knowledge of Windows OS, Windows-based applications and packages, antivirus software/utilities. Knowledge of ISA, TCP/IP, DNS, Telecoms, Network Protocols, VPN, VoIP etc. is an asset.
• LANGUAGES Ukrainian and Russian (both oral and written), advanced level of English is an asset.
