Customer support (Night shift)
Job Type: full time
Schedule: Monday — Sunday 3/3 (2 AM - 10 AM)
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and customer service oriented.
A specialist will be responsible for:
· Tracking the training process of the drivers;
· Monitoring Driver Daily Logs and giving the employees immediate feedback and required corrective action;
· Tracking DOT inspections/citations/ traffic tickets and taking safety measures;
· Keeping vehicle maintenance records;
· Performs other tasks, as necessary;
Skills/Attributes:
· Level of English B2+
· Good communication skills, ability to work productively under pressure, high level of detail orientation, strong data entry skills;
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
· Ability to multi-task and focus on details in a fast-paced environment
