UI/UX Designer

Our design team, that now consist of 60 creative and talented individuals, is looking for a like-minded people. We are experts in converting ideas, business goals and requirements into the high-efficient and easy-to-use products for dozens of clients all over the world. We love to take challenges and responsibility for the entire product design to deliver top-notch web, mobile or even custom-tailored embedded interfaces using wide variety existing tools, technics and approaches with addition of custom illustrations, 3D and motion graphics, AR/VR experience, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• You’ve been designing interfaces for at least 3 years, both web and mobile
• You do both UX and UI, know how to build and test hypothesis
• You are familiar with Material/HIG guidelines and responsive web design requirements
• You are proficient with the industry standard design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC, etc.) and it takes you an evening to get familiar with the new one
• You know what Atomic Design principles are and you are experienced in building complex design systems
• You have an understanding of the software development process, know your role in it, can estimate your efforts and meet the deadlines
• You have Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• You love your work and your own portfolio, but know you can do better
• You work fast, think fast, respect and value your time and the time of others
• You enjoy and celebrate your life by singing, dancing, running, cycling, painting, playing drums or whatever
