Technical Writer (Java Background)

Project Description

Development of the mission critical enterprise branch application for big Retail bank. The solution will enable numerous business process for both personal and business clients related to client on-boarding, client data management and client consolidation.

Responsibilities

• - Analysis of documentation, provided by the client.
  - Communication with development team in order to understand the solution.
  - Review and documenting the existing code (Java core, Spring Boot) and design solutions implemented.
  - Writing down technical design documentation based on the information collected.
  - Communication with customer and presentation of the documents.
  - Maintaining technical and business documentation

Skills

Must have

• - Strong analytical skills
  - Knowledge of Java Core and Spring frameworks at least on minimal level
  - Experience in using JIRA/Confluence
  - Advanced English with great verbal/written communication skills
  - At least 2 years of experience as a technical writer
  - Ability to structure documentation and provide detailed written description for the technical solutions that are implemented in the code.

Nice to have

• - Knowledge of retail banking business domain is a plus.
  - Technical background in client-server applications
  - Understanding JavaScript code.
