Corporate reporting under IFRS, external audit

Main duties:

• monthly reports to Head Office in Ireland (standard forms including balance, P&L, CF and others prepared under IFRS);
• analyzing and reporting current month's / week's financial results to the sales and corporate management in accordance with accepted format (CFO- report, sales reports by products/regions and so on);
  
• budgeting and rolling estimate process driving;
  
• permanent coworking with IT specialists in the implementation process of new financial models, different reporting forms and upgrade going system;
  
• accompanying the annual audit, permanent communication with auditors, coordination between different departments during audit process;
• preparation and submission of ad-hoc reports and calculations
  

Accounting system - 1C-8

Main duties:

• monthly closing process under IFRS (it includes directly cooperation with accounting managers, control uploading data to SAP, different check procedures, calculate transformation adjustments according accepted rules, performing ICO reconciliation, count and book some consolidation adjustments and so on);
• close collaboration with planning department and treasury concerning current finance results;
  
• participation in the audit process, communication with auditors;
  
• preparation report package to the Head Office SCM (on the monthly base)
  

ERP system - SAP

• as a manager of methodology - mapping accounts of national accounting to the corporate, methodology of reflecting transactions on accounts;
• monthly financial closing (quick closing) which includes check accounting data, IC reconciliation control, loading data to the consolidation program Hyperion Enterprise, elimination IC operation, calculate transformation and consolidation adjustments;
• preparation all financial reports and analysis templates in accordance with a set forms to internal stakeholders;
  
• reporting to Head Office (concerning local consolidated figures);
  
• participation in the audit process;
  
• maintaining the consistency and accuracy of the financial data in the Financial Systems to ensure accurate and timely reflection of financial data in line with the company's financial policy and procedures

• participation in budgeting and forecasting process;
• supporting for budget plan control and budget execution evaluation;
• participation in preparation of management reports (BC, CF, PL) on a regular basis; checking and consolidating data of three plants (include production and economic figures, cost control and so on);
  
• providing analysis of the actual financial results, budget and forecasts in order to support management in decision-making processes;
• development and implementation of the management reporting package
  

Accounting system - SunSistems

• all accounting transactions - prime records, client-bank system, payroll preparation, PPE and stock accounting; booking transactions with clients and suppliers and others; taxes account and reporting;
• assisting the Chief Accountant with the preparation of all the kind of relevant reports;
  
• communication with banks in the process of financing obtaining;
  
• creating economic models and evaluation business environment (business development projects)
