Supervision of department (12 people) including

• IFRS reporting unit,
• treasury,
• controlling
• business modeling and analytics unit

Key responsibilities:

• Budgeting, Business modeling, Controlling and internal audit procedures
• Investor relationship, Due diligence coordination including data room administration (up to 6 simultaneous DDs), participation in deal documents development with layers
• Development and monitoring of company's KPIs and respective motivation system
• Submission of information required by top management for key business decisions
• Communication with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits

• Issue of Vendor Due Diligence report with Big4 company, effective coordination of DDs with several investor teams resulting in sale of the company
• 7 years of audits with clean opinion from Big4 company
• Formation of professional controlling team acting as a finance adviser for business units in organization
• Successful implementation of electronic document flow. Jump from paper circulation to flexible system of electronic approvals with respective decrease of costs and improved efficiency
• Automatization of IFRS reporting processes resulting in decreased manual work (with respective staff optimization), less time for period-end closing and lower fees for external audit (as a result of improved transparency in reporting papers)
• Implementation of multi-factor revenue prediction model with deep detailing and high forecasting accuracy leading to improved credibility of revenue forecasts

Analysis and controlling of business unit activities (marketing, customer care, sales);

Review and further discussions of budget with business unit;

Financial modeling (development of business models for key company projects)

Monthly management reporting (including analysis of core operating activities, actual vs. budgeted analysis);

Costs vs benefits monitoring of customer service projects and monthly reporting on them;

Business modeling according DCF techniques.

Preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS, internal audit of subsidiaries, work with external auditors.

Financial statements preparation and audit according to IFRS;

Carrying out of audit tests, analytical procedures;

Reviewing the clients' accounting system;

Evaluation the effectiveness of the internal controls implemented at the companies.

Communication with the finance management of the companies regarding the results of the audit and IFRS reporting related issues.
