In February 2020, the head of the Milovskaya community contacted with me with an offer to lead a project to create a state medical center for family medicine in their community, and in the future manage it. In March 2020, I started my work on the basis of the Kachkarov outpatient clinic, which later became the base of a new medical center. In October 2020, I officially created a legal entity and applied for a license to practice medicine. The Ministry of Health approved our license on December 15, 2020.

Under my management there was a medical center, which consisted of 3 outpatient clinics and 5 feldsher stations located in different settlements and 26 employees. The model of my management also attracted the rest of the rural communities, so on February 22, documents were signed on joining our center with 2 more outpatient clinics and 4 paramedical stations (but the war spoiled all plans). In a short time, I launched the family medicine system, laboratory analysis services, dentistry, in local pharmacies, on my initiative, a state program was launched that compensated for spending on medicines for people of certain groups. All this was a unique case in the countryside, therefore, in the medical community of the Kherson region, I was considered the most promising medical manager. I was repeatedly invited to press conferences due to the successful implementation of the medical reform (you can see some of them on my facebook page). Due to the occupation of the Kherson region, I was forced to leave my place of residence and work on March 9th.
