I am a junior front-end developer with 11 months of experience. During this time, I have worked as a freelancer and participated in two startups, one of which I am still actively involved in. My primary responsibilities on all projects have included the development of new elements and components, as well as the implementation of logic. Additionally, in some cases, I have been responsible for making independent decisions regarding UI/UX, both for individual components and entire pages.In my most recent project, I am part of a team of eighteen people, including four front-end developers. Within the front-end team, I take on the role of a leader, drawing upon my previous experience in entrepreneurship and management.I consider my strengths to be my ability to communicate effectively with others, my courage in making decisions and taking responsibility for them, as well as my empathy and a healthy sense of curiosity.Currently, my focus is on advancing my skills as a React developer, and I am eager for any opportunity to grow in this field.
