My name is Oleksandr. I am applying for a Rapid Response Coordinator- Eastern Ukraine position. I am a motivated and skilled enough specialist. Based on my previous experience, (police, work to prevent theft and fraud, work with a different number of personnel, work with NGO’s), I have over 15 years of experience in organizing of work in the offices of several organizations. I think I spent enough time planning, organizing and executing operations in this field. As a Kharkov citizen I spent and worked most of my life there and Kharkiv is one of the biggest cities in Ukraine, so I had to work with a well developed infrastructure in heavy traffic. Also, I had an experience of obtaining information on local and national situations, on IDP persons, from civil and military administrations in Kharkiv and Donetsk regions. Among other things, I controlled different measures and provided some training on prevention of fire in the office buildings, using fire extinguishers. I have many friends in Kiev, Dnipro, Slov’yansk. I often visited these cities. Also - several of my friends are members of the leadership of the Department of Internal Affairs in the Kharkiv region in the rank of "police colonel". Due to my work in the IRC and NRC, I received a lot of information about the needs of Ukrainians and how different humanitarian organizations can help them. Since January,1, 2023 I do all for organizing NRC office in Kharkiv, because I am a senior employee of NRC in Kharkiv.Also, I understand the whole structure of NRC, cooperate with different NRC departments (Shelter/WASH, ICLA, HR and others).Thank you in advance for your consideration and time, I look forward with enthusiasm to an opportunity for an interview.
