Responsibilities:
? Drafting detailed job descriptions and posting them on various job boards.
? Sourcing potential candidates through all the channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
? Candidates assessment.
? Regular research of labour market by request.
? Conducting interviews.
? Maintaining records of all recruiting activities in Applicant Tracking System.

The main responsibilities included:
? Reviewing applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. ? Conducting phone interviews to assess the skills of potential candidates for open positions.
? Collaboration with the clients and hiring managers.
? Using a multi-channel approach to recruit.
