Responsibilities:

- Posting advertisement on Craiglist, Indeed, Facebook and other websites;

- Search for the drivers on different sources;- Providing all the information about company and what we offer;

- Checking of drivers background before hiring (CDL);

- Performing Interwievs- Preparing documentation for hiring;

- HR manager within the company;- Customer Support Specialist (providing timely updates to the customers via email and chats);

- Provide internal communication on issues timely and efficiently;

- Working with spreadsheets for loads;- Communicating in working chats via Teams, Outlook;

- Working in corporate program PCS (building trips and loads, adding drivers and allinformation about them).

Rsponsibilities:

- Search and selection of clients;

- Collecting documents and conducting interviews;

- Communication with customers (American market also) by phone;

- Ensuring continuous and uninterrupted customer service and providing full logistics support;

- Professional and quick responses to customer requests by phone and e-mail;

- Ability to work in multitasking mode;

- High level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Checkin, checkout of the guests;

- Work with a cash register, cash;

- Assistance to guests in case of need;

- Skills in CRM system, with online systems like Booking, Expedia.com, Hotels;

- Working in the Servio hotel automation program;

- Control of cleaning in the rooms and hotel.
