Temporary position

• To coordinate the advancement and completion of the British Council's project for the creation of new premises in Kyiv

- Preparation, approval of the budget;

- Work with the regions, the processing of applications

- Preparation of technical specifications and work with the tender documents;

- Prepare, signing and maintenance contract agreements;

- Organization and control of construction works (software timing, quality, safety);

-control repair and construction works (check acts of acts of acceptance);

- Work with regulatory agencies, administrative bodies; (Derzhgirpromnaglyad, KETTS, SES Kievoblgaz, Kyivenergo ...)

- Control of the execution of works;

- Work with subcontractors;

- Preparation of technical documentation (TK, TU, Passports for equipment, quality certificates, operating instructions);

- Acting safety engineer.

- Monitoring of tasks and the quality of the work performed;

- Preparation of technical documentation (defective acts, acts of the hidden works acceptance certificates, applications for materials);

- Introduction magazines "labor protection" to "the movement of goods on site" and the magazine "related work"

- Measurements.
