Requirements:

• Knowledge of English, fluent and delivered speech, experience as a USA Logistics, Freight Broker, Dispatch.
• Knowledge of truck types: Dry Van, Flat Bed, Step Deck, Reefer loads
• Ability to find a common language.

Duties:

• Receiving call for loads 100 incoming calls per day
• Our system works the way we are not depended on market state, it doesn’t affect our job. We affect the market.
• The ability to work independently on the result, fulfill assigned tasks, and show initiative to improve results
• The ability to draw up the correct income schedule for the day, week, month.
• Execution of applications, transaction support, control over the execution of orders and organization of their shipment.
• Negotiating with customers and the ability to solve situations that are not going according to plan.
• Handle the driver base.
• The ability to communicate, negotiate, persuade, find an individual approach to each driver.
• Attract new drivers.

Working conditions:

Monday — Friday

12:00 — 21:00

13:00 — 22:00

14:00 — 23:00
