Head of Marketing

Futurra Group is a fast-growing Ukrainian IT company. We successfully develop and promote our own products: cross-platform mobile-first products, applications for iOS and Android, Smart Home products with 10+ million unique users every month. 

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who possesses a passion for marketing and a desire to lead our talented team. The candidate will work on developing the marketing strategy of our main product in the Education category.

Your tasks will be:

• overseeing and mentoring marketing team

• evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan

• planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts

• work closely with the CEO and CPO to establish a strategic direction

Key requirements:?

• 3+ years of experience in leading a marketing department in a tech company or advertising agency

• experience in managing large budgets and large amounts of data

• experience with subscription based models

• strong analytical skills; competence in campaign measurement, making analysis and data & A/B testing results interpreting 

• deep understanding of such advertising metrics as CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPT, CPL, CPM, etc

• knowledge of CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, ROI/ROR optimization 

• at least Upper-intermediate English level 

• experience in a big e-commerce project is an advantage
