Business Analyst

Required skills:

• You must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a business analyst in finance projects;
• Have an understanding and be able to apply in a daily tasks: market research techniques, competitor analysis techniques, user experience principles, product roadmapping;
• You need to be able to define business acceptance tests set to check functionality readiness;
• You need to be able to review test cases when applicable;
• Have an understanding of how an API works;
• Have an understanding basic principle of object-oriented programming;
• Have an experience in documenting technical requirements: sequence diagram, Entity Relationship diagram, API documentation;
• You must have excellent negotiation, facilitating and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholders' and users' analysis;
• Solution definition (business process description, solution approach definition, solution scope definition);
• Scoping feature requirements (business and user’s goals definition and confirmation, requirements elicitation, requirements validation, requirements approval / sign off);
• Requirements developing: documentation and verification;
• Requirements management (scope change management, requirements traceability organisation, requirements prioritisation management).
