People Engagement Specialist

A partner of Philip Morris in Ukraine is looking for a Employee Engagement Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support of internal communication flow (translation, adaptation of messages, articles, presentations)
• Agency briefing & coordination for designs, videos, etc.
• Contributing to people engagement activities (events, trainings, social activities)
• Administrative support (documents workflow management, employee lists updating, people engagement reports)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in relevant position
• University degree
• Ukrainian, Russian, English — fluent
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Forms, MS Planner), SAP
• Experience in digital tools (Telegram, ERM, Sharepoint)
• Basic knowledge of copywriting, high level of literacy
• Creativity, drive for result, customer focus, perfect communication skills (incl. writing and presentation), attentive to the details, quick learner
