As part of our continued growth, we seek a IC ValidationEngineer:
The role:
- Development of validation test plans in collaboration with the product definition and design teams;
- Execute manual/automated tests on the lab bench using the validation plan post-silicon phases to ensure functionality and performance;
- Define the specification for evaluation hardware and software;
- Develop and debug automated test frameworks and test suites in for IC evaluation;
- Analyse test results and identify failures/defects;
- Report findings to design engineers to help determine root cause of the failure and resolve silicon issues;
- Provide and maintain planning of the above process and report progress to the project leader or lead engineer;
- Judge if the collected data is reliable and evaluate the measurement results together with the design engineers;
- Generate validation reports;
What we are looking for:
- BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines;
- Hands-on experience in lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, logic analyzers for measurement and debugging issues;
- Strong debugging skills;
- Strong Knowledge of Digital and Analog Circuit;
- Strong understanding of the parameters for the analog and digital components;
- English level sufficient for written communication or higher.
Will be a plus:
- Basic knowledge of the FPGA structure and application design process;
- Familiar with measurement automation;
- Experience in usage of analog and digital components;
- Your own developed projects.
